Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Strategy Execution & Change Lead for North America to drive change management and transformation initiatives. You will lead cross-BU programs, engage executive leadership, and expand Transformation as a Service to deliver measurable value.

You will collaborate with functional teams, design execution roadmaps, and influence stakeholders to adopt strategic changes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in change management, corporate strategy, business operations, or digital transformation
• Proven track record in operations, strategy, and implementing large strategic transformations
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Responsibilities

• Articulate complex insights and recommendations to executive leadership
• Organize and facilitate quarterly business reviews with executives
• Deploy a repeatable Transformation as a Service & Change Management approach
• Develop multi-level change management plans and stakeholder engagement plans
• Lead cross-functional teams, drive decisions, and ensure KPIs are met
• Design execution roadmaps and operating models for transformation projects
• Provide direction to teams and ensure sustainable transitions
