Job summary

Greene Tweed seeks a Project Specialist to join the Transformation Management Office and apply best practices in project management, data-based decision making, and continuous improvement to drive results. You’ll create and maintain detailed project documentation, ensure effective communication, and deliver timely action items.

You’ll interface with technical teams, commercial owners and stakeholders, supporting risk management, scheduling, budgets, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. or equivalent in a relevant field.
• PM certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering or project mgmt roles.

Responsibilities

• Supports and/or manages assigned projects including customer deliverables, schedule and budget management.
• Creates and maintains detailed project documentation using PM best practices.
• Assists with risk management and mitigation planning.
• Interfaces with team members to drive progress across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Communicates with technical resources, commercial owners and stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Monitors progress and escalates issues; promotes continuous improvement and timely completion.
