Responsibilities

• Directly manage Transformation projects/programs delivering patient-centric outcomes.
• Manage project lifecycles with structured governance and reporting.
• Lead through influence to embed transformation processes and governance.
• Develop operating mechanisms: communication plans, workshops, team meetings.
• Support sponsors and doctors to deliver strategic projects; ensure transparency.
