Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Project Manager for the Transformation Management Office. This hybrid role is based near Bannockburn, IL, with responsibilities to lead transformation projects and governance, delivering outcomes for patients and business.

You will manage project lifecycles, embed governance, and collaborate with senior leaders across operations, finance, quality, and labs to drive velocity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a four-year Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in life sciences, business or engineering (or equivalent experience). Master’s Degree and/or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years Project Management experience
• Biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic projects in BioLife’s Transformation Portfolio.
• Establish and update the business case(s) for strategic initiatives and assess impact on forecasted outcomes.
• Identify, manage, and escrow project risks; analyze risks and develop options to resolve them.
• Uncover and monitor interdependencies with active projects elsewhere in the business.
• Develop operating mechanisms to manage project work, including communication plans and workshops.
• Ensure projects are reported in a manner consistent with corporate standards.
