Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, part of Takeda, seeks a Project Manager for its Transformation Management Office to drive strategic transformation programs. The role requires strong PM experience, cross-functional collaboration, and governance oversight across bio/pharma operations.

Location preference is Bannockburn, IL or Cambridge, MA with a hybrid work model. We value an MBA or Master's degree, MS Project proficiency, and demonstrated ability to deliver complex programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a four-year Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in life sciences, business or engineering (or equivalent experience). Master’s Degree and/or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years Project Management experience
• Biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry experience, retail experience, and marketing operations experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Transformation projects / programs and deliver commitments and outcomes essential for patients and BioLife’s business.
• Manage the lifecycle of projects and programs to ensure a structured approach to the work.
• Lead through influence to embed BioLife Transformation operating and project governance processes.
• Develop and implement operating mechanisms to manage project work, including communication plans, workshops, team meetings, etc., successfully empowering project team and sponsor to complete their accountabilities.
