Job summary

CGS Business Solutions is seeking a Transformation Program Analyst/BA for a contract role to support a Servicing CRM system. You will gather requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Ideal candidates have a BA background, 2–4 years of experience, and familiarity with mortgage servicing. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years as a business analyst or similar analytical role.
• Understanding of mortgage or lending servicing operations; reverse mortgage/HECM a plus.
• Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Asana; basic SQL/Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and translate requirements from Servicing stakeholders.
• Map current and future state processes to identify improvements.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs for development teams.
• Support backlog refinement with the product owner.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, UAT.
• Assist with UAT and ensure features meet business needs.
• Develop clear UAT test scripts for servicing staff.
• Analyze data and build basic reports to track performance.
• Act as liaison between servicing and technical teams to align requirements.
