Job summary

Lovable is seeking a founding transformation leader to define how our AI-native software helps ambitious companies rethink operations. You’ll build transformation capability, work with executives at strategic customers, and turn strategic ambitions into concrete roadmaps and working solutions.

You\u2019ll partner with Forward Deployed Engineering, create repeatable playbooks, and scale the transformation model globally, guiding adoption and measurable outcomes across organisations.

You’ll:

• Build Lovable’s transformation capability

• Work directly with executives at our most strategic customers

• Turn strategic ambition into concrete workflows, products, and adoption

• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering to turn opportunities into working solutions

• Build the playbook for how this model scales globally

What we're looking for

• Significant experience selling and leading complex enterprise transformations or strategic customer engagements

• Experience building and leading high-performing teams

• Proven ownership of adoption and organizational change — not just recommendations

• Exceptional ability to move between C-suite strategy and operational detail

• Enough technical depth to work closely with engineers, understand what’s possible, and help scope solutions

• Strong commercial judgment and understanding of how large organizations operate

• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder leadership

• High agency and comfort creating structure from ambiguity

Bonus if you’ve:

• Built a new function, practice, or business from scratch

• Worked in enterprise AI, high-growth SaaS, or another fast-moving technology environment

• Combined experience across consulting and operating roles

• Worked closely with technical products, developer tools, or AI-native products

What you'll do

Lead customer transformation

• Work with executives to identify their highest-leverage problems and how Lovable can solve them

• Drive our most strategic customer opportunities and bring a transformation-led narrative to big deals

• Translate strategic objectives into concrete transformation roadmaps

• Drive initiatives from first prototype through adoption and scaled organizational impact

• Build alignment across stakeholders, from operators to the C-suite

Partner with FDE

• Define the business problem and desired outcome alongside Forward Deployed Engineering

• Scope and prototype solutions with engineering

• Make sure what gets built solves the right problem and becomes embedded in how the customer operates

• Bring patterns from customer engagements back into Product, Engineering, and GTM

Build the function

• Define Lovable’s methodology for AI transformation

• Create repeatable playbooks and engagement models for sales and delivery

• Shape how Transformation partners with Sales and FDE

• Build a model that can scale across customers, industries, and geographies
