Job summary

Lovable is hiring a founding leader for our strategic/enterprise accounts. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for the largest, most complex relationships, sourcing and closing exec-sponsored deals, and building the playbook for a high-growth enterprise motion.

You’ll lead the US founding strategic accounts team and set the standard for how Lovable wins seven- to eight-figure opportunities. You’ll hire and coach first-generation AEs, drive a 2–4M+ individual quota, and expand Lovable across

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales
• 4+ years leading strategic or named-account teams
• Proven track record closing $250K–$1M+ ACV deals

TL;DR - We're hiring the leader who will own Lovable's largest, most complex relationships. You'll build and run the enterprise and strategic accounts motion from the ground up — working with your Account Executives to land and expand seven-and-eight-figure deals, navigating multi-stakeholder procurement, and establishing Lovable as the default platform for the Fortune 500 reimagining how agentic software gets built. This is a founding role: you set the standard for how Lovable wins the largest accounts in the world.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales, with 4+ years leading strategic or named-account teams in high-growth SaaS, developer platforms, or AI-adjacent technology
• Personal track record of leading the team to close deals at $250K-$1m+ ACV, and leading teams to consistent quota attainment (>100%)
• Demonstrated ability to personally source and close exec-sponsored deals in cold or strategic accounts — not just grow warm, existing relationships
• Comfort leading teams through longer, complex sales cycles (3-9 months) with multi-threaded buying committees spanning security, procurement, legal, economic buyer, and executive leadership
• Genuine fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day workflow — not just awareness, actual practice
• Conviction that great strategic account management is about becoming embedded in a customer's roadmap, not just closing a deal
• Preferred: Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI platforms to technical buyers (CTOs, VPs Eng, CPOs) alongside security, procurement, and executive stakeholders
• Preferred: Existing network among enterprise decision-makers in financial services, media, healthcare, or technology

What You'll Do

• Own Lovable's strategic account portfolio end-to-end: personally sourcing and closing exec-sponsored deals in cold or strategic accounts, from first touch to signed contract
• Hire, develop, and coach the first cohort of strategic/enterprise AEs, holding the team to a $2-4M+ individual quota bar
• Land and expand Lovable's largest accounts across financial services, media, healthcare, and enterprise technology
• Craft strategic account plans that map multi-threaded buying committees — security, procurement, legal, economic buyer — to identify whitespace and unlock expansion
• Build Lovable's presence in our key markets through executive relationships, events, community, and partner co-selling
• Work directly with the AMER Sales Leader to shape the strategic accounts playbook. Your patterns become the company's patterns
• Serve as a credible, technically fluent voice for Lovable with enterprise buyers from first executive conversation through multi-stakeholder procurement and renewal

Projects you'll tackle first:

• Build the US founding strategic accounts team
• Map and prioritize the enterprise TAM; identify the first 20 strategic accounts to target and build an account plan for each
• Run 5+ executive discovery sessions in your first 30 days to calibrate Lovable's positioning with the largest accounts in this market
• Design the US strategic accounts model: account planning framework, executive engagement strategy, partner relationships, and AE hiring profile
