Compensation: $225,000 - $325,000 Base + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Plan

A Top 5 global insurance broker is seeking a Transformation Director to lead a portfolio of strategic business and technology transformation initiatives across its North American operations.

This is a high-profile leadership role reporting into executive stakeholders and responsible for shaping and delivering programmes that drive operational excellence, technology modernisation, digital innovation, data-led decision making and AI-enabled transformation.
