This remote US-based role partners with executive leadership to shape practical roadmaps, establish governance, and drive measurable outcomes tied to strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate will bring strong change leadership, executive presence, and a proven ability to embed sustainable improvements into operating models, with a focus on AI-enabled process

Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Director Business Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will guide enterprise-wide transformation efforts that align with strategic priorities and strengthen operational performance across the organization. The role will partner closely with executive leadership to shape practical roadmaps, establish governance, and ensure transformation initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes. A key focus will be driving AI-enabled process redesign and fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong change leadership, executive presence, and the ability to embed sustainable improvements into operating models. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually.
