Job summary

Lime Talent Limited is recruiting a Consultant in Miami for a hybrid role that blends strategic analysis with practical execution. You will partner with senior client stakeholders and own parts of projects from early on, delivering insights that shape growth, transformation and operating models across multiple sectors.

You will work on diverse engagements spanning strategy, operations, procurement, and performance improvement, building robust recommendations and clear roadmaps for implementation.

Qualifications

Package: $105,000 – $165,000 + 20% Bonus

The firm works with leading global organisations across technology, consumer, industrial, automotive and manufacturing sectors, helping clients solve complex strategic and operational challenges.

The Role

As a Consultant, you will work across a broad range of strategic and operational challenges, combining rigorous analysis with practical, commercially focused recommendations.

You could work on projects including:

• Developing growth and transformation strategies for leading global organisations.
• Supporting business transformation and organisational effectiveness programmes.
• Developing supply chain, procurement, manufacturing and operations strategies.
• Building strategic and operational models to inform investment, capacity, workforce and resource allocation decisions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve business performance, productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Redesigning operating models and organisational structures across a range of functions.
• Conducting market research, commercial analysis and operational due diligence to support strategic and investment decisions.
• Translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior executives.
