Job summary

Orthopaedic Solutions Management (OSM) is seeking a transformation CIO to lead enterprise IT strategy, cybersecurity, data governance, and technology-enabled transformation across partner orthopaedic practices.

As a member of the executive team, you will consolidate disparate environments, establish IT governance and roadmaps, manage budgets and vendor relations, and ensure patient care remains uninterrupted during change.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in enterprise IT with leadership responsibility.
• Healthcare/MSO environment experience preferred.
• Strong track record delivering IT strategy and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise IT strategy and technology roadmap.
• Consolidate and standardize core platforms across partner practices.
• Lead cybersecurity strategy, risk assessment, and governance.
• Oversee IT operations, budgets, and vendor management.
• Drive digital transformation to improve efficiency and patient experience.
