Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise information technology.
• Minimum 5 years in senior IT leadership; CIO or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare/MSO experience; understand physician governance and economics.
• Proven track record of IT strategy, digital transformation, and complex program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise IT strategy and technology roadmap.
• Consolidate and standardize core platforms; lead enterprise-wide modernization.
• Oversee cybersecurity governance, risk, and incident readiness.
• Drive data governance, analytics, and vendor management across partners.
• Lead IT budget planning, governance, and capital investments.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT organization; partner with executive leaders.
