You’ll work with teams across operating models, cost optimization, and enterprise architecture, applying SAFe and Scrum while leveraging tools like Jira and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consulting, business transformation, technology, or related field.
• Strong collaboration with diverse teams.
• Clear communication and presentation of insights.
• Analytical, proactive, execution-focused mindset.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).
• Developing commercial awareness and impact for global/domestic clients.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to boost productivity.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to client/project needs.
• Access to reliable transportation to EY offices and client sites.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of business/solution architecture frameworks.
• Apply SAFe and Scrum to transform programs and projects.
• Develop governance materials and portfolio analyses for client work.
