Job summary

EY is seeking a Staff Consultant to join Transformation Architecture & Delivery (TA&D) in the US, offering a path to shape client transformations through people, technology and innovation. You will work with project teams to plan and deliver enterprise architectures, PMO frameworks, agile methods, and governance—driving measurable value for diverse industries.

This role supports flexible work, travel as needed, and access to EY's Total Rewards package, including medical, dental, pension and paid

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in consulting or business transformation.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Experience with transformation programs and PMO/Portfolio delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of architecture frameworks and program management approaches.
• Contribute to governance materials, portfolio analyses, and value realization.
• Assist in cost optimization, operating model design, and technology strategy initiatives.
• Prepare client-ready storytelling and executive communications.
