Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Transfer Pricing to address complex intercompany pricing for multinationals. You will analyze issues with economists, tax professionals, and business teams while delivering client-ready analyses, planning, and documentation.

Hybrid role requiring in-person collaboration 2-3 days weekly; travel up to 25% and possible immigration sponsorship. Excellent growth opportunities within a global practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transfer pricing, economics, finance, accounting, or tax
• Active accreditations: CPA, attorney, or Enrolled Agent, or foreign equivalent
• Hybrid work model requiring in-person co-location 2-3 days per week
• Wage range and compensation decisions described, including geographic differentials

Responsibilities

• Analyze transfer pricing issues for multinational enterprises
• Develop understanding of client business models and intercompany transactions
• Perform economic and financial analyses, including benchmark studies and financial modeling
• Support development of proposals, documents, reports, and client deliverables
• Supervise and mentor Tax Consultants and Senior Consultants
• Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks
