Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Manager, Global Transfer Pricing to lead the development and governance of the company's worldwide transfer pricing strategy and policies. You will collaborate with Tax, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and business leaders to ensure documentation and monitoring across jurisdictions.

The role is hybrid, requiring two office days per week, and supports audits, APAs, and controversy matters while driving tax-efficient operating models during restructurings and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of transfer pricing, international tax, or multinational tax experience.
• Experience preparing or managing transfer pricing documentation and audits.
• Strong knowledge of OECD TP principles and global compliance.
• Experience supporting TP audits, controversy matters, and tax planning initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain global transfer pricing policies aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Manage transfer pricing compliance including documentation and country reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors for TP documentation and filings.
• Monitor TP results, identify gaps, and support operational TP models.
• Support audits, APAs, and controversy matters with analyses and responses.
• Partner with Tax Planning, Supply Chain, Finance on tax-efficient operating models.
• Collaborate with Tax Accounting to reflect transfer pricing in tax provisions and filings.
• Develop financial models, profitability analyses, and governance tools; communicate TP requirements.
