Qualifications

• Actively pursuing LL.M. in Taxation or JD.
• Bar admission or anticipated membership in a US state bar.
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel, PowerPivot, Power Query, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Alteryx and Word.
• Willing to travel and work outside standard hours when necessary.
• Residence within commutable distance to EY office.
• Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Understand US Transfer Pricing regulations and OECD Guidelines to advise clients.
• Model financial outcomes and value intangible assets while developing planning approaches.
• Work with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with onshore and global transfer pricing professionals to drive results.
