Qualifications

• Actively working towards an LL.M. in Taxation or Juris Doctor.
• Membership or anticipated membership in a US state bar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPivot, Power Query, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Alteryx and Word.
• Interest in our hybrid model with in-person client work ~60% of the time.
• Access to reliable transportation to EY office and client sites; driver's license recommended.

Responsibilities

• Understand US Transfer Pricing regulations and OECD guidelines to advise clients.
• Apply transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to client challenges.
• Model financial outcomes, value intangible assets, and develop planning approaches.
• Work with large data sets to build models and use data visualization tools.
• Utilize tax research databases in assigned tasks and collaborate with global TP professionals.
• Travel and work beyond standard hours when required.
