Job summary

EY is seeking a Transfer Pricing Intern for the Summer 2027 program in the United States. You will analyze information from diverse sources to provide quantitative and qualitative insights, and you will build client relationships across industries to deliver tailored global services.

The role emphasizes understanding US TP regulations, OECD guidelines, and economic concepts, while supporting data-driven modeling and collaboration with global professionals.

Qualifications

• Actively working towards LL.M. in Taxation or Juris Doctor.
• Membership or anticipated membership in a US state bar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite incl. Excel, PowerPivot, Power Query, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Alteryx and Word.
• Comfort with a team-led, leader-enabled hybrid model and travel as needed.
• Must reside within commutable distance to EY office and client sites.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Ideally, undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Law school GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Knowledge of firm-approved AI tools including Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Understand US Transfer Pricing regulations and OECD Guidelines to advise clients.
• Apply transfer pricing concepts with economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges.
• Model financial outcomes, value intangible assets, and develop planning approaches.
• Work with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.
• Utilize tax research databases and other tax tools for tasks.
• Liaise with onshore and global transfer pricing professionals to foster collaboration.
