Job summary

EY is seeking a Transfer Pricing Intern for Summer 2027 in the USA. You will join the ITTS team to analyze transfer pricing data, build models, and advise clients across industries with a hybrid in-person work model.

The role requires pursuing an LL.M. or JD, US bar membership, and strong MS Office skills. Travel, long hours, and commuting distance to an EY office are expected, with sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing LL.M. in Taxation or JD with strong academic record.
• Membership or anticipated membership in a US state bar.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPivot, Power Query, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Alteryx and Word.
• Willing to work in a team-led hybrid model with in-person collaboration 60% of the time.
• Must have reliable transportation; driver's license recommended.
• Willing to travel and work beyond standard hours as needed.
• Commutable distance to EY office; able to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret information from multiple sources to provide insights.
• Build quantitative and qualitative analyses to advise clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships across industries.
• Deliver customized global transfer pricing services meeting client needs.
• Collaborate with onshore and global transfer pricing professionals.
• Support in modeling financial outcomes and valuing intangibles.

Education

LL.M. in Taxation or Juris Doctor

US state bar membership (active or anticipated)

Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

Law GPA 3.0+
