Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a related field, with two of those years working as a supervisor.
• Equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience).
• Knowledge of related trade or department specific equipment, systems and procedures.
• Demonstrated organizational, human relations and effective communication skills.
• Some areas of assignment may require additional experience, specific licensures or registrations.

Responsibilities

• The Transfer Operations Supervisor assists in all aspects of the student admission and record maintenance process.
• Assists in evaluations of academic transcripts, test scores, and other credentials.
• Prepares, verifies, and enters data into computerized student information systems.
• Manages student university records by performing clerical activities to maintain student files.
