Job summary

The University of Florida is seeking a Federal Work Study Transfer Evaluation Student Assistant to support Enrollment Management on the Gainesville campus. You will assist with data entry, transfer credit evaluation, and processing of electronic transcripts under supervision.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly. You must be a UF student with FWS eligibility, available 10 hours per week, and able to work 8:00am–5:00pm Monday to Friday through Spring

Qualifications

• Must be a current UF student.
• Must have Federal Work Study eligibility.
• Available to work 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (through Spring 2027).

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: data entry, scanning, quality assurance, filing, copying.
• Transfer Evaluation: assist with evaluation and posting of transfer and test credit to student records, verifying accreditation standards, uploading electronic transcripts from approved vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
