Job summary

Cincinnati State Technical and Community College is seeking a Registrar Specialist to assist in transfer credit evaluation and processing for students. The role supports the Assistant Registrar for Transfer Credit and communicates transfer credit decisions to students and staff.

You will work with Colleague SIS, TES software, and college catalogs to verify data and determine course equivalencies, while maintaining confidential records and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Associate degree from an accredited college or university.
Three years general clerical/administrative support experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.

Responsibilities

Process transfer credit postings in the Colleague student information system.
Evaluate foreign high school & college transcripts.
Post AP, CLEP and IB credits.
Assist in direct customer service and communication to students, faculty, staff, and college community.
Verbal and written communication with students to explain transfer credit policies.
