Job summary

Qualifications

• Evaluate domestic and international transcripts, transfer coursework, dual-enrollment credit, AP, CLEP, IB, military credit, and other forms of non-traditional credit.
• Post transfer credits in PeopleSoft with unit and grade adjustments, GPA recalculations, and coding.
• Review course descriptions and articulation information to determine course equivalencies and new rules.
• Resolve discrepancies and provide accurate guidance on policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleges and departments while coordinating with Enrollment Management during high-volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate domestic and international transcripts and transfer credits including AP, CLEP, IB, military credits.
• Post and update transfer credit in PeopleSoft, including adjustments and GPA recalculations.
• Review course descriptions to determine equivalencies and advise on articulation rules.
• Resolve credit discrepancies and provide guidance on policies and procedures to students and staff.
• Serve as liaison to designated colleges and campus partners during busy processing periods.
