University Hospital is seeking a Transfer Center Scheduler to act as receptionist and registrar for the Transfer Center. You will schedule, confirm, maintain, and monitor patient transfers and discharges, handling registration and general duties.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of relevant experience, and strong computer and customer service skills, with familiarity in EPIC and StatCall preferred.
The primary purpose of the Transfer Center Scheduler position is to function as a receptionist and scheduler/registrar for the University Hospital's Transfer Center including scheduling, confirming, maintaining, and monitoring patient transfers and discharges, registration, receptionist activities and other general duties.
In compliance with New Jersey’s Pay Transparency Act, the hourly range for this position is TC/1550: Probationary Rate $23.48- Job Rate $23.98- Two (2) Year Rate $24.70.
