Job summary

Medical City Plano, part of HCA Healthcare, is hiring a Transfer Center RN coordinator for the full-time mid-shift (11am-11pm). You will coordinate patient transfers across HCA facilities, matching clinical needs to bed capacity and service capability, while engaging referring facilities and hospital staff.

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license and at least 3 years acute care experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer of patients across facilities to match clinical needs with bed capacity.
