Job summary

Voyages Behavioral Health / PAM Health is seeking a Transfer Center Nurse to triage and coordinate transfers from other facilities. This exempt, full-time role uses technology to review patient needs and communicate acceptance or deflection.

You will collaborate with referral sources, physicians, and care teams, reporting to the Director of Assessment and Referral. Valid LVN license required; CPI and CPR training within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Valid LVN license.
• Completion CPI and CPR within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in behavioral health and substance use fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triaging and coordination of transfers from other facilities.
• Monitor and respond to triage needs.
