Qualifications

• Completes and maintains required competencies and trainings.
• Experience with EMS coordination and hospital transfer workflows.
• Strong communication and multi-team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient placement, direct admissions, transfers, and referrals.
• Handle EMS call intake and dispatch triage within Tower Health Transfer Center.
• Coordinate in-house and outsourced transport resources and related teams.
