• Coordinates all aspects of the Jefferson Enterprise Transfer Center and telemedicine cases.

• Facilitates communication for transfers; completes ADT functions in Epic.
• Takes calls for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and triages using EMD protocols.
• Provides callers with pre-arrival instructions and dispatches EMS resources.
