Renown Health is seeking an RTOC Coordinator to support patient flow and Transfer Center operations by receiving requests, coordinating required documentation, monitoring status, and communicating with partners to move patients efficiently. This role does not provide direct patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of one year in a healthcare, hospital, or high-volume coordination environment.
• Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process transfer requests and bed placement needs.
• Gather and document required information; obtain records as needed.
• Monitor workflow status and communicate with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate transportation and discharge support per established processes.
• Escalate barriers or delays to the appropriate nurse, physician, or leader.
