The Hospitals of Providence - Sierra Campus in El Paso, TX seeks a Registered Nurse in Transfer Center to coordinate the care needs of assigned patients and develop comprehensive plans to manage care delivery across the patient care continuum.

You will partner with patients and their primary physicians to tailor plans based on individual needs and preferences, and ensure timely tests and treatments while balancing care with available resources.

Formación

• Academic degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
• 2 years nursing experience required.
• AHA BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, social work, and others to ensure tests and treatments are delivered timely.
• Advocates for the patient.
• Balances care needs and financial considerations to ensure efficient and effective treatments.
