The Hospitals of Providence - Sierra Campus in El Paso, TX seeks a Registered Nurse in Transfer Center to coordinate the care needs of assigned patients and develop comprehensive plans to manage care delivery across the patient care continuum.

You will partner with patients and their primary physicians to tailor plans based on individual needs and preferences, and ensure timely tests and treatments while balancing care with available resources.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
• 2 years nursing experience required.
• AHA BLS certification required.

• Advocates for the patient.
• Balances care needs and financial considerations to ensure efficient and effective treatments are achieved.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:
• Required: Academic degree in nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree.
• Experience:Required: 2 years nursing experience.CertificationsRequired: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. AHA BLS.
