Job summary

UMB is seeking a Transfer Agency Intern to support the daily operations of the Registered Fund’s transfer agency team. You will learn which legal documents are required to set up investor accounts and the compliance processes involved.

You will spend time handling investor correspondence, mastering the Envision system, and updating investor demographics while collaborating on cross-team projects. This internship runs late May to late July with on-site Monday–Thursday and remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with physical investor correspondence (purchase checks, applications, maintenance requests, transfer documents)
• Learning the Envision Financial Systems Processing software
• Keeping demographic information on investor accounts up to date
• Working on different projects that collaborate with different teams within Registered Funds
