UMB Financial Corporation is seeking an intern for Transfer Agency Operations in Milwaukee. You will learn which legal documents are required to set up investor accounts and gain exposure to compliance within these tasks.

You will work on-site Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays, with a timeline from late May to late July. The role includes hands-on experience with investor correspondence and account maintenance, under supervision.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program.
• Learn and use Envision Financial Systems Processing software.
• Assist with investor correspondence and account maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with physical investor correspondence (purchase checks, applications, maintenance requests, transfer documents).
• Learn the Envision Financial Systems Processing software.
• Keep demographic information on investor accounts up to date.
• Work on projects with different teams within Registered Funds.
