Job summary

This role balances analytical duties with outreach, helping prospective transfer students navigate admissions timelines.

You will collaborate with the Undergraduate Admissions team, maintain articulation tables, and contribute to yield efforts through targeted communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and accurately enter data.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
• Commitment to providing high-quality service to prospective students and supporting transfer recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Review transfer coursework and enter evaluation information into Banner.
• Maintain transfer articulations and equivalency tables with the Registrars office.
• Monitor data trends, note discrepancies, and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Participate in transfer recruitment and outreach, including college visits and information sessions.
• Support yield and communication strategies with targeted outreach and call campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director of Transfer Admissions to respond to general transfer questions.
• Assist during peak periods and contribute to transfer admissions initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and follow FERPA requirements.
• Perform other duties to support Undergraduate Admissions.
