The role welcomes new graduates in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing tech or individuals with 3+ years in technical manufacturing roles, emphasizing strong mechanical aptitude and precision. Benefits start day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical/electrical/manufacturing degrees encouraged to apply.
• OR 3+ years in manufacturing, trades, construction, machining, or other technical roles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail.
• Good math skills and comfort with precision work.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work extended hours.
• Must pass OSHA‑compliant Respirator Fit Test.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment.
• Execute R&D, scale-up, ANDA, and commercial batch activities.
• Conduct in-process checks, visual inspections, and GMP documentation.
• Complete material reconciliation, room clearance, and batch closeout.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area.
