Job summary

Amneal is hiring a Transdermal Operator II in Piscataway, NJ to support advanced product manufacturing in a cGMP environment. The role suits candidates with mechanical/technical backgrounds or new grads in mechanical/electrical/manufacturing fields seeking hands-on experience with complex equipment.

Day shift runs 6:00 AM–6:30 PM on a 12-hour rotating schedule with alternating weekends. $22.00–$29.00 hourly, with short- and long-term incentive programs and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical/electrical/manufacturing degree graduates encouraged to apply.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, trades, construction, machining, or other technical roles accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail.
• Good math skills and comfort with precision work.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work extended hours.
• Must pass OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment.
• Execute R&D, scale-up, ANDA, and commercial batch activities.
• Conduct in-process checks, visual inspections, and accurate GMP documentation.
• Complete material reconciliation, room clearance, and batch closeout.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area.
