Expeditors in Kent, WA, seeks a detail-oriented team member for our TRANSCON Department to ensure timely movement of freight and accurate data entry, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will coordinate with clients and vendors to optimize shipments and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include tracking and tracing Transcon files, timely billing, and collaborating with suppliers to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Enter data accurately into the operational system.
• Track and trace Transcon files and reporting.
• Use export TransconWorkflow daily.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing.
• Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable.
• Interact with our customers in arranging Transcon shipments.
• Contribute to maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
• Meet compliance with regulations internal and external.
• Understand department process flow and seek efficiency improvements.
• Ensure all customers' SOPs are in place and updated.
• Meet KPI standards per company procedures.
• Maintain timely network communications and email responses.
• Escalate problems to management when necessary.
• Promote compliance with company policies and integrity.
