Job summary

Unify in New York is seeking a talented Investor Intelligence professional to join the Private Capital Solutions team. You will research trends shaping fund structuring and fundraising, with a focus on US and Americas markets, producing clear analyses for clients and internal stakeholders.

Working across cross-market projects with London colleagues, you will co-author reports, attend industry events, and help grow Unify’s US network while maintaining strong client relationships and credible

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance-related field (e.g. consulting, investment analysis, financial journalism or investor relations).
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop hypotheses and reach conclusions quickly.
• Strong written skills with the ability to produce precise and thoughtful content.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research into trends impacting fund structuring and fundraising from GP/LP perspectives, focusing on US and Americas markets.
• Produce, review, and present written analyses for clients, prospects, and industry press.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development and design to develop research and thought leadership pieces.
• Prepare and maintain strategic client reports on bespoke fundraising questions.
• Coordinate with teams across fund formation, sponsor solutions, tax, regulatory, corporate and M&A to integrate insights.
• Attend conferences and industry events in the US and internationally as a firm ambassador.
• Grow and maintain CRM to expand the US network.
• Develop relationships and credibility with internal and external stakeholders, including elevating the firm’s profile in the US GP/LP community.
