Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IR/BD team and senior leadership on fundraising support.
• Maintain master roadshow calendar.
• Monitor LP meeting minutes, board materials to flag changes.
• Organize fundraising process using CRM and investor tracking.
• Prepare fundraising plans, marketing materials, and due diligence docs.
• Assist with investor inquiries and timely responses to RFIs/RFPs/DDQs.
• Support quarterly reporting and CRM implementation/maintenance.
