Qualifications

• Extensive experience with private fund formation and due diligence.
• Ability to weigh risks and balance interests in negotiations with fund managers.
• Strong knowledge of offering memoranda, subscription documents, and related fund documents.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a team setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Academic background in law (JD, LLB or equivalent) preferred but not required.
• Familiar with fund-of-one structures, co-investments, and managed accounts.
• Self-starter with ability to manage own workflow.
• Interest in leveraging AI to improve workflows.
