Job summary

American Fidelity Corporation seeks a law student intern to support the legal team in drafting, researching, and negotiating documents, under attorney supervision.

You will gain practical experience in mergers, due diligence, and contract review, while developing skills in corporate governance and client negotiations.

This hybrid role offers in-office collaboration with occasional remote hours, and exposure to real-world transactions in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Law student from an accredited law school with 50+ course hours.
• Ability to be highly detail-oriented and accurate.
• Desire to learn corporate culture and work collaboratively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Technical skills for navigation in multiple systems and learning new technology.
• Office-based role with opportunities for remote hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on various litigation matters
