Legal Intern

Case data organization and research: Assist lawyers in collecting, organizing, and analyzing case materials, including contracts, legal documents, evidence materials, etc. Conduct legal research related to the case and provide preliminary legal opinions and references for lawyers.

Drafting and proofreading of legal documents: Under the guidance of a lawyer, draft various legal documents such as indictments, defenses, legal opinions, etc. Proofread legal documents drafted by lawyers to ensure accuracy and standardized formatting.

Trial support and meeting preparation: Assist lawyers in preparing trial materials, participate in trial records, and assist lawyers in presenting cases. Prepare meeting materials, assist lawyers in organizing meetings, and record meeting content.

Customer communication and relationship maintenance: Under the guidance of a lawyer, conduct preliminary communication with clients to understand their needs. Assist lawyers in handling customer inquiries and maintain customer relationships.

Legal training and knowledge updating: Actively participate in legal training organized by law firms to enhance professional knowledge and skills. Pay attention to legal developments, update the legal knowledge base in a timely manner, and provide the latest legal information for law firms.

Other legal affairs: Complete other legal affairs assigned by the lawyer, such as participating in due diligence, contract review, etc. Assist the law firm in daily administrative work and maintain the office environment.
