Responsibilities

  • Assist with legal research, case preparation, and drafting legal documents.
  • Draft motions, pleadings, orders, judgments, and case status updates.
  • Support discovery review, analysis, and case organization; communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and external parties.
  • Assist with preparation for hearings, conferences, and trial proceedings.
  • Attend court hearings, client meetings, and legal proceedings when appropriate.
  • Help maintain accurate case documentation and client records.
  • Support client intake consultations and case coordination activities.
  • Assist with marketing, networking, outreach, or educational initiatives when needed.
