  • J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission.
  • 1–8 years of relevant experience in project finance, energy transactions, tax equity, and/or corporate M&A.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated interest in renewable energy and the energy transition.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in structuring and negotiating tax equity financings, tax credit transfers, joint ventures, preferred equity investments, and other project-level capital arrangements.
  • Support the development, construction, financing, acquisition, and disposition of energy infrastructure projects.
  • Advise clients on tax credit monetization strategies for renewable energy and energy transition projects.
  • Contribute to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic corporate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and analyze transaction documents and conduct legal due diligence.
