You will draft and amend covenants and bylaws, interpret governance documents, negotiate service contracts, attend membership meetings, and handle developer turnover issues while ensuring compliance with state and federal law.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be admitted to practice law in Georgia.
• Real estate or corporate law experience is preferred.
• Excellent written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and amending community association covenants and bylaws.
• Governing document interpretation and enforcement.
• Negotiating and drafting various service contracts.
• Attending and presiding over membership meetings.
