The successful candidate will handle a broad range of matters from pre-litigation to litigation, drafting pleadings, reviewing accounting breakdowns, and meeting court deadlines.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in Georgia.
• Experience in civil collections and litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Draft pleadings for court proceedings.
• Review accounting breakdowns for unpaid assessments.
• Manage court and client deadlines.
• Prepare and attend court hearings.
• Communicate and build strong client relationships.
• Network with clients and industry professionals.
• Work with an experienced support team.
• Advise clients on litigation and post-judgment collection.
