Qualifications

• 2–7+ years of corporate/transactional experience including M&A and contract drafting/negotiation.
• NJ Bar admission required; NY admission is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in M&A due diligence, drafting, negotiation and closing.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts.
• Assist with business formation, restructuring and governance matters.
• Ongoing outside general counsel work for business owners and entrepreneurs.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to drive transactions from start to finish.
