Qualifications

• At least two years of transactional law experience.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Massachusetts bar admission required.
• Strong contract, corporate law, and regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
• Assist with corporate transactions including formation, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic transactional advice.
• Support due diligence and prepare related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
• Lead complex transactions and oversee junior attorneys.
• Manage multiple high-level transactions and meet deadlines.
